In the retail, advertising and exhibition industries, cardboard floor display stands have become the first choice for product display due to their economy, lightness, environmental protection and customizability. However, in order to ensure the best condition of these display stands during storage and avoid problems such as moisture, deformation, mildew or damage, a series of professional requirements must be put forward for the storage environment.

Temperature control
Temperature is one of the key factors affecting the physical and chemical properties of cardboard materials. The ideal storage temperature should be maintained between 15℃ and 25℃. Within this temperature range, the strength and stability of cardboard materials can be effectively guaranteed, avoiding the softening and deformation of cardboard caused by high temperature, or the brittleness of cardboard caused by low temperature. Therefore, it is very important to choose a warehouse with relatively stable temperature for storage, and avoid exposing the display stand to extreme temperature environments.

Humidity management
Humidity is an important factor affecting the life of cardboard materials. Cardboard has good water absorption, and long-term exposure to a humid environment will cause deformation, mildew or even damage. Therefore, the warehouse where the cardboard floor display stand is stored must maintain a suitable humidity, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 40% and 60%. This humidity range can not only reduce the risk of cardboard getting damp, but also effectively inhibit the growth of mold. To keep the humidity in the warehouse stable, a dehumidifier or humidifier can be installed and its working mode can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Lighting conditions
The impact of light on cardboard materials cannot be ignored. Long-term direct sunlight or strong artificial light exposure will accelerate the aging process of cardboard, causing color fading and strength loss. Therefore, the warehouse where the cardboard display rack is stored should choose a cool and ventilated location to avoid direct sunlight. At the same time, the artificial light source in the warehouse should use soft lights and avoid using strong spotlights or spotlights to reduce damage to the cardboard.

Air circulation
Good air circulation is essential for the storage of cardboard display racks. Air circulation can not only reduce the humidity in the warehouse and reduce the risk of mold growth, but also effectively remove odors and harmful gases in the warehouse. To achieve this goal, the warehouse should be equipped with ventilation equipment, such as ventilation fans or air conditioners, and open them regularly to maintain the flow of air.

Dust and pest prevention
Dust and pests are issues that require special attention when storing cardboard display racks. Dust not only affects the neatness and aesthetics of the display rack, but may also carry microorganisms and harmful substances, which in turn damage the cardboard material. Pests such as cockroaches and mice may bite the cardboard, causing damage to the display rack. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to prevent the infestation of dust and pests, and the warehouse should be cleaned and disinfected regularly to ensure the hygiene and safety of the storage environment.
